Literatur Review : Critical Success Factor Penerapan Sistem ERP pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di Negara Berkembang dan Maju

Abstrak


Penerapan sistem ERP telah menjadi kebutuhan utama bagi perusahaan besar, menengah, ataupun kecil dalam upaya mempermudah proses bisnis mereka.  Sistem ERP memiliki manfaat yang besar untuk membantu perusahaan dalam merampingkan proses bisnis, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Namun, sistem ERP merupakan sistem yang rumit dan kompleks, serta memiliki tingkat kegagalan yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan perlu mengidentifikasi critical success factor (CSF) dalam penerapan ERP agar tidak terjadi kegagalan yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini berfokus pada critical success factor sistem ERP pada perusahaan manufaktur di  negara berkembang dan negara maju dengan mengkaji 20 studi yang telah ditemukan. Berdasarkan pengkajian dari studi tersebut, ditemukan beberapa CSF yang memiliki pengaruh besar  terhadap kesuksesan penerapan ERP pada perusahaan manufaktur di negara berkembang maupun negara maju. Selain itu, CSF tersebut dapat diklasifikasikan kedalam 2 kategori, yaitu  strategik dan taktik. Pada penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi tindakan yang perlu dilakukan oleh perusahaan terhadap CSF ERP yang didasarkan pada hasil ulasan studi yang digunakan.
